with us the days within which you can withdraw are 17, always starting from delivery.

Once the order has been confirmed and the purchase has been completed, we will book the shipment and send you a copy of the waybill (LDV), by email to the address you have given us, so that you can check the progress on the website, by entering the identifier shown on the waybill at the top right, under the barcode, in the appropriate section (search).
